Maybe you've heard about China's visa-free transit policy. I will elaborate below, but I am not included in the above list as you will still receive a visa in your passport. The only difference between this visa and a traditional visa is that you can apply for it on arrival.

Where and how you apply for a Chinese visa depends on where you live. In countries such as Denmark, Canada, and the UK, people can apply for visas through the China visa application service center (cvasc). If you live in the United States, you need to apply to the Chinese consulate. The location of the consulate depends on the country you live in.

The application should be submitted directly to the Chinese consulate or consulate. If you can't submit your application in person, you can find someone to submit it for you, such as a close friend or family member, or even a good Chinese visa service.

In addition, it should be noted that visa applications in China require both invitations from commercial / agency agencies and proof of flights and hotels. This is a problem for many people (i.e. those who go in and out by train or bus), but there are some creative ways to solve the problem of Chinese visa flights/hotels.
