  Founded and currently manages an independent ballroom dance club from the ground up. Student recruitment and development of training programs. Competition preparation and choreography. Communication with parents and overall club management. Group and private lessons for children, teenagers, and adults.

  Started coaching in 2015 at a home dance club in Khabarovsk while continuing competitive career. After relocating to Moscow in 2016, collaborated with regional‑level dance couples. Since 2020, invited as a guest coach at ballroom dance training camps. Provided group and private lessons for children, teenagers, and adults. Focused on competition preparation, choreography, technical improvement, physical conditioning, musicality, stage presence, and competitive mindset coaching. Worked with athletes of various levels, from beginners to advanced competitors.
