  JOB DESCRIPTION: • Inspect incoming Materials, verify quantities against shipping documents, and ensure quality standards are met. • Inventory Management: Track, monitor, and audit stock levels to ensure accurate inventory data • Ensure all material handling complies with safety (HSE) standards and generate reports on stock movement and potential supply shortages. • Co-ordination of third-party inspection requirements. • Follow HSE procedures and instructions. • Receiving The materials with Delivery note, MTS & Loading Control list . • Handling and storage Sika Grouting materials. • Grouting materials Covering with insulated tarpaulins. • Making a gate pass both incoming and outgoing materials to ensure security, compliance, and accurate inventory tracking. • Managing timber on a Laydown area with plastic-wrapped and cool, dry area. • Handling and managing grinders, welding machines, and drill machines require strict adherence to safety protocols and regular equipment maintenance. • To Store paint, primer, and thinner materials in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated space, strictly avoiding extreme heat and freezing temperatures. • Managing and handling epoxy materials with safe storage and strict safety compliance. • Managing and maintaining Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) list. • Maintain an active equipment logbook. • Working with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) departments . • Properly maintaining chemical storage containers. container inspections, proper labeling, strict hazard segregation. • To maintain the integrity and longevity of sealant materials (like silicone Acrylic and polyurethane). • Managing and updating inventory involves tracking stock movements, recording new deliveries, and adjusting physical discrepancies. • Creating a material Purchase Order (PO) And send to the Concerned Departments. • Properly maintaining premium coatings like Jotun and Hempel paints . • Maintaining steel grating, Steel Bar, Anchor Bolt, Steel hot plate And Rebar. • Effective handling and updating of delivery notes and managing hard copy.
