I am an energy engineer with working experience in the solar photovoltaic sector. I work for democratizing access to electricity through distributed clean power sources and for democratizing the financing options to set up small scale power plants through my own crowdfunding startup based in Mexico. Right now, I work in a Chinese company in the solar energy industry. I have published several articles (in English, French and Spanish) and one book about energy and sustainable development; I represented Mexico at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Among the largest energy EPC companies in China, at this State Owned Company I spearheaded the opening of the service for the private sector with a variety of Self Consumption renewable energy generation and battery systems with over 80 MW in the pipeline. Responsible for the soft landing for an investment project of $300 M USD in Saltillo, Coahuila for a manufacturing plant of aluminum-based auto parts and solar panel racks. The holding company in China is the biggest producer of downstream aluminum products by volume in the world.
