    PVO International is a dutsh B2B solar material distributor (panels, inverters and batteries), subsidiary of DCC group. My mission is to develop from scratch the company in the south of France, from Nice to Toulouse. Identification, intensive prospection and creation of a portfolio of above 40 C&I solar instalators, EPC’s and local distributors. Management of the entire sales cycle : consulting, pricing, negotiations and customer follow up. Daily monitoring activity via Hubspot and Power BI. Regular collaboration with internal teams (including back office, logistics, purchasing and finance). Main objectives : gaining new clients, building long term loyalty and maximizing their orders. Representing the company at solar trade shows in France and Germany to increase brand awareness Full remote position (high autonomy) and regular business trave.

Used to invest in real estate and to prospect some lands for a property development family company. Two independant freelances available to deal with the business. Implemented marketing strategies (local advertising and digital marketing). After a challenging first 18 months, going nearly bankrupt, profitability was finally achieved and continued growth year over year. Exceeded Laforet regional targets from 2019 onwards.
