  Over the past three years I have been a part-time consultant to a number of small businesses and nonprofits. During this time period I wrote more than fifteen technical proposals, technical articles and general articles. I worked as an SEO writer for a large web production company and I helped obtain several grant awards from philanthropic foundations for a local nonprofit. In 2010, I was responsible for an SBIR award to a client from the Dept. of Defense.

  One of two founders of this company, wrote the first successful proposal that formed the basis of the company. Wrote the successful follow on proposal that expanded the company. Obtained several additional Phase I and Phase II awards, which resulted in the development of solid polymer and liquid nonflammable electrolytes for Li-ion batteries. Attracted the interest of several venture capital companies and several large chemical companies in the firm’s technology.
