The projects i was involved are 130.000 sqm and up, surface above ground Responsibilities: Define all the required permits and approvals and the relevant Local Authorities/ time of submission/ expenses/ time for the issue. Establish and manage procedures for cost planning, cost management and control in the form required. Advise on the need for specialist contractors and suppliers to design and execute parts of the works. Make and act on recommendations for early design input from specialist subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare strategy for construction procurement. Manage any changes required to the Project Brief in order to resolve any errors, omissions and conflicts or otherwise to reflect any changes to the Project. Based on the schematic level design, the Project manager shall produce his first cost plan, based on square meters of each part and general quality of the project. This cost plan shall relate to the full scheme. Confirm and refine strategy for construction procurement in light of developing design process.
