Job Title: Account Manager Number of Positions: 3 Job Responsibilities: New Account Development: Proactively generate leads through various channels (e.g., online search, social media, industry trade shows, and cold calls) to build a sales pipeline. Full-Cycle Sales Management: Independently oversee the entire sales process, from lead identification, needs analysis, proposal presentation, business negotiation, to contract signing. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term, stable relationships with customers, understand their deepest needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Market Insight: Continuously track industry trends and competitor information to provide feedback on the company's product and market strategies. Goal Achievement: Strive to achieve or even exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department and Customer Success Team to achieve overall team goals. Job Requirements: Education and Experience: College degree or above, preferably in a related field such as Marketing or Business Administration; 1-3 years or more of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably with proven success in [industry name, such as software, IT services, advertising, consulting]. Core Competencies: Hunter Mentality: Possess a strong desire and drive to develop new business, and be unafraid of challenges or rejection. Excellent Communicator: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to present proposals clearly and persuasively. Master Closer: Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation strategies, able to effectively close deals. Customer Focus: Genuinely cares about client success, able to build trust and maintain long-term relationships. Self-Driven: Highly motivated in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time and project management skills.
