工作职责
1、Conduct market research for the target region, identify market opportunities, and develop product planning and portfolio strategies based on market demand. 2、Integrate market and channel resources to manage the product’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, taking responsibility for the product’s success in the market. 3、Continuously monitor the dynamics of major competitors, collaborate with brand, sales, and backend development teams to formulate response strategies. 4、Analyze sales data for the target region, set and break down regional sales targets, continuously monitor sales performance KPIs, analyze reasons, and formulate corrective actions. 5、Collaborate with the sales department to develop and continuously adjust the sales strategy for the target region, including channel development, pricing strategy, and promotion policy planning and execution. 6、Sales demand management: assist the business region in collecting and organizing product requirements, and coordinate with the product team to schedule and deliver the required features. 7、Key account solutions: manage key markets, important clients, customized demands, and project delivery.
职位要求
1、Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, with 3+ years of experience in GTM (Go-to-Market) operations or MO (Market Operations). 2、Proactive, eager to learn, with a strong sense of initiative and career ambition. Fluent in English as a working language (proficiency in additional languages is a plus). 3、Possesses the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable customer language, using creative approaches to deepen customer impressions and generate business opportunities. 4、Experience in overseas GTM or MO roles with leading companies is preferred. Experience in industries such as smart hardware, robotics, or AI large models is a plus.
