Job Title: APAC Technical Commercial Manager - Poultry & Aquaculture NutritionLocation: Remote (APAC - SEA & Oceania) with 50% travelAbout the Role:CSG are retained with a client looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Commercial Manager to lead business development and technical support efforts across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Specializing in poultry and aquaculture nutrition, the successful candidate will leverage their technical and commercial skills to drive sales, support customers, and expand market presence in the region.This role requires frequent travel across the APAC region - Experience with animal nutrition ingredients and additives is highly preferred, as well as a strong industry network in the region with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in the poultry and aquaculture nutrition sectors.Provide technical expertise on animal nutrition ingredients and additives, ensuring optimal application of products.Be at the forefront of developing new business opportunities, whilst also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Conduct customer training, technical presentations, and workshops to enhance product adoption.Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams to align product offerings with market needs.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights.Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.Deliver sales reports and market intelligence to senior management.

Key Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or a related field.10+ years of experience in technical and commercial roles relating to poultry and/or aquaculture nutrition.Experience with animal nutrition ingredients and additives is preferred.Established industry network in Southeast Asia and Oceania.Proven ability to develop and manage key customer relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel throughout the APAC region.
