工作职责
Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan & Schedule Management: Develop Tier-3 and Tier-6 project plans; oversee the full project lifecycle (initiation, execution, closure); strictly enforce process compliance across all phases. 2. Client Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients; accurately capture and relay requirements; regularly present project plans and milestone progress to ensure alignment. 3. Internal Coordination: Allocate internal resources and assemble project teams; facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, manage conflicts effectively, and drive delivery toward project objectives. 4. Cost & Budget Control: Prepare material and man-hour budget reports; monitor costs throughout execution; implement process improvements to drive cost reduction and efficiency. 5. Process Monitoring & Correction: Track project progress and identify deviations in real-time; generate daily status reports; follow up on action items to ensure on-time, quality-compliant delivery. 6. Risk Management: Lead the team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks; maintain a Risk Register; develop and track preventive/corrective actions to closure. 7. Review & Process Optimization: Ensure strict adherence to project documentation and standards; submit regular progress reports to management; organize project closure and post-implementation reviews to extract lessons learned and optimize development workflows. 8. Other Duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements: 1. Experience: 8+ years in non-standard automation equipment; 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in the new energy sector. 2. Certification: Mandatory and valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. 3. Professional Knowledge: Solid mastery of project management methodologies and PMP knowledge areas; practical background in engineering/technical projects. 4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite, with advanced expertise in Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint (client presentations), and MS Project (scheduling); strong data sensitivity and meticulous documentation skills. 5. Competencies: High sense of responsibility and teamwork; strong resilience under pressure; excellent cross-functional communication, negotiation, and independent problem-solving abilities; agile thinker, proactive, articulate, with demonstrated potential for overseas client engagement.
