Formulate regional sales strategies based on the company’s strategic objectives and oversee the implementation of comprehensive overseas sales plans. Lead the team in developing diverse sales channels and tactics to achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection. Analyze market trends and customer needs to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region. Conduct high-level negotiations and finalize major overseas marketing contracts on behalf of the company. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and project progress updates. Manage and optimize the performance of overseas distributors and sales channels. Participate in international exhibitions, market research, and competitive analysis to drive business growth.

Associate degree or higher. Preference for candidates with overseas sales experience in new energy, meters, pumps, or related industries. Fluent oral proficiency in at least one working language (Arabic, French, Spanish, or Portuguese preferred). Overseas education or work experience is a plus. Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Candidates with established overseas client networks or a proven track record in independent business development will be prioritized. Strong ethical standards, networking abilities, leadership potential, and a collaborative team spirit. High sense of responsibility, resilience, and willingness to comply with company policies. Candidates open to long-term overseas assignments will be preferred.
