1. Responsible for optimizing asset-related process and system based on fixed asset accounting policies and business development, refining the full life cycle management of assets. 2. Promptly and accurately track the changes in fixed assets, intangible assets, and construction-in-progress, regularly reconcile construction progress schedules, detailed fixed asset ledgers, etc., ensuring consistency between accounts and actual assets, and timely verification with production and infrastructure departments. 3. Collaborate on investment budget and final settlement for fixed assets, intangible assets, and construction-in-progress, preparation and analysis of related reports, tax declaration, and planning. 4. Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange regular inventory of the company's fixed assets. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1. A bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field. 2. At least 5 years of financial accounting experience, including 2 years specifically in fixed asset accounting. 3. Proficiency in using SAP financial software and office software. 4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 5. Must be able to understand English-language financial documents such as invoices, bills, statements, and reports. 6. Meticulous, diligent, and responsible with a high standard of professional ethics. 7. It would be advantageous to be able to read Thai language documents and have familiarity with Thai financial regulations and standards.
