1、To be responsible for the scientific research work of the institute under the leadership of the president, and to organize and implement the guidelines, policies, regulations and tasks of the superior in scientific research. 2、Assist the dean in technical feasibility assessment, project decision making, r&d team building and management of scientific research projects. 3、Track and manage the approved project, understand the research process of the project, check the mid-term evaluation of the project, the final report, the final acceptance and other aspects of the work, and coordinate and deal with the research activities related to the implementation of the project. 4、To assist the dean in the application and implementation of financial assistance projects and intellectual property projects. 5、Assist the dean in the operation and management of collaborative innovation center and offshore R&D center.

Fluent in Ukrainian, English and Chinese, and can use Chinese as working language. 3、Master degree or above, science and engineering background, material welding, aerospace, biomedical, artificial intelligence information technology 4、Experience in r&d and research project management, experience in international project cooperation, engaged in technical service or technology transfer 5、Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of China and Ukraine, and familiar with Chinese government procedures 6、Strong communication and coordination ability, strong expression ability Location: Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing
