1.Take full responsibility for the management of production operation, develop and execute the annual production plan to achieve targets for capacity, quality, and cost efficiency. 2.Lead the optimization of production processes and technological innovation to improve efficiency and product yield. 3.Establish and improve the quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, and drive continuous improvement. 4.Be responsible for the logistics management, production planning, and export trade-related affairs of the factory, and coordinate the supply chain with customer needs. 5.Lead team building, cultivate local management talents, and improve employees' skills and performance. 6.Ensure the compliant operation of the factory, in line with local laws, regulations, and group policies. 7.Collaborate closely with the headquarters and cross-functional teams to promote the implementation of the group's strategy in the factory.

1.A bachelor's degree or above, with majors in engineering, manufacturing management, business administration, etc. being preferred. 2.At least 5 years of comprehensive management experience in a manufacturing factory, familiar with the full process of production, process, and quality management. 3.Have relevant experience in production planning, logistics management, and export trade, and be able to coordinate the supply chain and customer delivery. 4.Be proficient in the ISO 9001 quality management system and have practical experience in its implementation or maintenance. 5.Experience working in a Fortune Global 500 company or a Japanese enterprise is preferred. 6.Fluent in Chinese (for efficient communication with the headquarters and the Chinese team), proficient in English or Malay, and able to communicate with the local team and customers without barriers. Fluent in Cantonese is a plus. 7.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with cross-cultural communication skills, and be adaptable to an international working environment.
