Job Responsibilities<br/><br/>1. Formulate a semester teaching plan, determine the teaching purpose, content, progress and class time allocation of chemistry;<br/>2. Be able to combine the national curriculum with the IB teaching framework to ensure that the curriculum stimulates students' willingness to learn to the greatest extent;<br/>3. Responsible for the development and teaching of IGCSE/A-level chemistry courses, participate in relevant teaching and research training activities and training work on time, and improve teaching ability;<br/>4. Correct homework in a timely manner as required, track and evaluate students' learning status regularly, communicate with parents regularly, and feedback students' learning progress and effectiveness;<br/><br/>5. Regularly track and evaluate students' chemistry learning status, including formative assessment and summative assessment;<br/>6. Have experience in class management, communicate with parents on a regular basis, and give feedback on students' learning progress and effectiveness;<br/>7. Complete the requirements of the teaching objectives set by the school.

Job Requirements:<br/><br/>1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience, proficient in professional knowledge, can be taught in English;<br/>2. Understand the assessment content of IGCSE/A-level/IB courses, and experience in independent teaching and international examination and competition coaching is preferred;<br/>3. Study abroad or overseas work background, class management experience is preferred;<br/>4. Have a high school chemistry teacher qualification certificate, strong bilingual ability, and be able to teach bilingually fluently;<br/>5. Able to use computers and modern multimedia teaching methods; Excellent oral and written communication skills, standard and neat board writing;<br/>6. Participated in professional training in education, teaching and psychology; <br/>7. Teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and perseverance;<br/>8.
