Semantic Business Definition & Modeling Lead the effort to semantically define a client's entire business landscape—capturing domain concepts, entities, relationships, processes, and decision logic into a structured, machine-readable knowledge model (ontology, knowledge graph, or semantic schema). Translate ambiguous business requirements into precise semantic representations: entity catalogs, relationship taxonomies, event schemas, and process state machines that serve as the "single source of truth" for downstream AI systems. Design and maintain business ontologies and domain knowledge graphs that enable AI agents and LLM-powered workflows to reason about the client's business context with accuracy and consistency. 2. AI Business Reconstruction Solution Design Partner with client stakeholders (C-suite, business unit leaders, IT directors) to conduct deep-dide business process analysis, identifying high-value opportunities for AI-driven reconstruction. Architect end-to-end AI solution blueprints that cover: Semantic layer: knowledge graphs, ontologies, and semantic reasoning engines Model layer: LLM orchestration, fine-tuning strategies, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows Integration layer: APIs, event streams, and middleware connecting AI systems to existing enterprise infrastructure Governance layer: evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

Required Qualifications 1 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field. 2 Hands-on experience with LLM application development, including: Prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and agent orchestration Frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar Model serving platforms (vLLM, TGI, or cloud-hosted endpoints) 3 Experience with semantic technologies and knowledge representation, such as: Ontology design (RDF, OWL, SKOS) or property graph modeling Knowledge graph construction and querying (SPARQL, Cypher, Gremlin) 4 We are looking for a partner for building AI Native business globally
