We are a professional ballet training institution dedicated to providing high-quality ballet education for children and adults. We are seeking an experienced and passionate ballet teacher to join our team. Teach ballet classes for children, teenagers, and/or adults Deliver structured and syllabus-based training (RAD / Vaganova / Cecchetti preferred) Develop systematic training plans to progressively improve students’ technical abilities (flexibility, strength, control, coordination, and artistry) Provide individualized corrections and targeted coaching based on each student’s level and physical condition Apply effective and professional training methods to help students achieve visible progress in a short period (e.g. technique, turns, jumps, balance, stability) Regularly assess student progress, set stage-based goals, and track learning outcomes Prepare students for examinations, performances, and competitions Enhance students’ stage presence, confidence, and artistic expression Ensure class safety and manage training intensity to prevent injuries Maintain clear and professional communication with students and parents

Bachelor’s degree or above in Ballet or Dance (major in Ballet required) Professional ballet training background from a recognized dance school (affiliated middle school + university level preferred) Minimum 1 year experience in a professional ballet company / dance company Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience (children teaching experience preferred) Solid foundation in classical ballet technique Familiar with internationally recognized systems such as Vaganova / RAD Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility Passionate about teaching and working with students Ability to teach in English (basic Chinese is a plus)
