As a Booking Consultant fluent in Thai, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. You will leverage your language skills and expertise in Thai culture to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a seamless booking experience for our Thai-speaking clientele.

Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients in Thai via phone, email, and online chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements. Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients' preferences and budget. Research and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and deals for clients. Handle booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations promptly and professionally. Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination-specific information to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance to clients. Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and ensure exceptional customer service at all times. Qualifications: Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the travel industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of travel booking systems and software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
