工作职责
1.Lead the branch team to increase the market share of the market under jurisdiction. This includes proactively understanding and grasping the situation of the market under jurisdiction, formulating effective market strategies, meeting the company's sales target requirements, while continuously developing new customers, increasing the number of customers, and enhancing the brand awareness and influence of Dongming in the local market. 2.Be responsible for the collection of the company's accounts receivable and the control of accounts receivable risks. Conduct detailed research and understanding on the accounts receivable risks of cooperative customers, assess and control such risks, and proactively recover payment for goods. 3.Ensure the safe custody of all the company's assets and control the company's expenses. This covers the custody, risk management and control of all assets such as the company's product inventory and fixed assets; at the same time, reasonably plan, use and control the company's expenses in strict accordance with the company's requirements to enhance the company's efficiency. 4.Manage the company's team members, including all management matters such as recruitment, training, daily management, cultural promotion, morale building, and performance appraisal. 5.Strictly implement and execute various policies and special projects of the headquarters, and at the same time collect various information such as market information and policy suggestions to feed back to the headquarters.

2.Education Background: College degree or above, no major restriction 3.Experience Requirement: More than 3 years of sales experience with team management experience. Outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable. 4.Language Proficiency: (1)Must be proficient in Chinese, with fluent listening, speaking, and writing skills. (Required) (2)Ethnic Chinese (fluent in Thai) or Thais (fluent in Chinese) are acceptable. 5.Local Adaptability: Having lived in Thailand for more than 3 years, and familiar with major local laws and regulations in Thailand, especially the regulatory provisions related to various aspects of business operations. (Preferred, not required) 6.Management Capability: Excellent upward communication and downward delegation management capabilities; able to proactively tap into and leverage the value of team members, and lead the team to complete tasks. 7.Collaboration Skill: Excellent teamwork ability; good at communication and expression; able to unite and cooperate with other departments to jointly achieve company targets. 8.Personal Competence: Strong self-motivation (ambition) and efficient execution ability (efficiency) are key requirements for this recruitment. 9.Computer Skills: Proficient in WORD/EXCEL
