工作职责
Job Responsibilities Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including performance analysis, continuous improvement, and product portfolio management to drive sustained growth and market relevance. Ensure all brand communications and marketing materials embody the core values and creative vision of the BUD NOTOPOLY project, fostering a strong and distinctive identity. Independently lead brand strategy, product planning, and cross-functional initiatives with entrepreneurial spirit and creative drive. Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze consumer insights, and apply digital marketing best practices to expand brand reach and engagement. Manage supplier relationships, oversee negotiations, and build strategic partnerships that support product innovation and quality. Champion innovative brand storytelling and deliver exceptional consumer experiences across all touchpoints.
职位要求
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or packaging product development; experience in lifestyle brands or FMCG is preferred. Demonstrated ability to independently lead brand strategy, product planning, and cross-functional projects. Exceptional proficiency in Office and design applications, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record in supplier management, negotiation, and partnership development. Deep knowledge of market research methodologies, consumer insights, and digital marketing techniques. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Passionate about innovation, brand storytelling, and creating best-in-class consumer experiences.
