1.Proactively develop and maintain long-term relationships with key international medical experts, academic associations, and institutions to establish academic exchange platforms and drive academic collaboration projects. 2.Plan and execute academic projects or professional content initiatives based on business needs, independently managing or coordinating resources to oversee the process and dissemination. 3.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging information, actively explore collaboration opportunities and policy resources with international platforms and associations, and contribute to enhancing the professional influence of the Dingxiangyuan brand. 4.Support the delivery of company medical-related projects, promote efficient cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure accurate and smooth information flow between Chinese and international teams.

1.Native English speaker with proficiency in Chinese communication, capable of working effectively in a bilingual environment and engaging in cross-cultural collaboration. 2.Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. 3.3–5 years or more of relevant experience in international medical affairs, medical communications, academic project management, or the healthcare industry. Prior experience in multinational corporations is preferred. 4.Demonstrated experience in collaborating with international medical associations and experts, with strong cross-cultural communication and relationship management skills. 5.Willingness to undertake necessary domestic and international travel and adapt to flexible work schedules.
