1、 协助公司决策层制定项目招商策略；1、Assisting company’s strategic manger to make projects strategy;2、负责组织制定项目组的招商方案，开展市场调研，业态规划、区域规划、品牌规划及预算工作，及时了解和监督招商方案的执行情况，提出修订方案；2、In charge of organizing project proposals for investment, market searching, business line programming, regional programming, brand planning and budgeting, monitoring the implementation of project proposals for investment and redacting the project;3、制定《项目招商计划》和《招商工作筹备进度》；3、Making the project proposals for investment, attractive investment planning schedule;4、根据整体招商计划及进度安排，编制预算及人员安排。负责进行供应商洽谈、渠道开发工作；4、According to planning and schedule of attracting investment to make budgeting and authorizing. In charge of suppliers’ negotiation and channel development;5、 负责供应商信息的收集、整理，优化供应商合作流程；5、Suppliers’ information collection, collation and collaboration process optimizing;6、 负责供应商线上活动的考核、落实商品上线工作；6、In charge of suppliers’ on-line activity assessment. Helping the products on-line;7、 协助供应商货品入库、结算及对账工作；7、Assisting suppliers’ product storage, clearing and account balancing;8、 负责供应商和相关部门的沟通协调工作。8、Maintaining a good communication relationship with suppliers and the related dept;

1、 本科以上学历，奢侈品管理、市场营销、管理类相关专业优先。1、Bachelor education, luxury management, marketing and management related specialties would be preferred;2、 5年以上招商工作经验，其中至少2年以上奢侈品行业经验。2、As least five years in business investment, and 2 years experiences in luxury business operation;3、 熟悉招商、采购管理运作流程，熟悉商品管理，了解奢侈品行业及相关法律法规，具备相关领域采购知识； 具有良好的个人沟通及谈判技巧，可适应出差；有奢侈品牌、人脉、平行贸易商资源优先考虑。3、Familiar with business investment & procurement process as well as product management. Certain knowledge of law, regulations, purchasing in luxury and its related field. Good at communicating & negotiating, be adapted to travel. Resources in luxury brand, contacts and parallel traders would be preferred;4、具有2年以上的欧洲、日本海外经历。4、Over two years’ work or life experiences in Europe or Japan, good in Chinese;5、外籍人士优先。5、Expatriates would be preferred.
