Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and troubleshoot software functions for broadband access products. Analyze and evaluate requirements from overseas clients, provide solutions and software development plans. Implement, deliver, and maintain software functions for overseas market projects. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues on-site during UAT for overseas projects. Conduct on-site technical analysis and troubleshooting for customer complaints in overseas market projects. This position requires frequent business trips to most countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Europe, North America, and Latin America. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, or related fields; excellent bilingual communication skills. 3-5 years of software development experience in FTTx or Router products. Familiar with SDKs of mainstream access chip solutions; proficient in computer networks and TCP/IP protocols. Knowledgeable in common broadband product protocols such as OMCI, TR069, TR369, 802.11, EasyMesh, DHCP, PPPoE, DNS, NAT, IGMP.
