Coordinate meeting arrangements, record meeting minutes and track the progress of task execution; Manage the inventory of office supplies and handle the reimbursement process for departmental expenses. Assist the business team in connecting with Chinese clients, complete basic translation and email communication; When necessary, drive the vehicle to handle local document delivery, banking affairs and other fieldwork.
