工作职责
Draft, edit and format bilingual business documents (contracts, reports, letters, etc.) in Chinese and Thai to ensure compliance with company standards; Classify and file electronic and paper documents, and establish an efficient retrieval system. Coordinate meeting arrangements, record meeting minutes and track the progress of task execution; Manage the inventory of office supplies and handle the reimbursement process for departmental expenses. Assist the business team in connecting with Chinese clients, complete basic translation and email communication; When necessary, drive the vehicle to handle local document delivery, banking affairs and other fieldwork.
职位要求
- College degree or above; Fresh graduates and those with relevant working experience are preferred. - The permanent residence is located in Bangkok or Rayong Province, with a stable home office environment provided by oneself. - HSK Level 4. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT; Hold a valid Thai driver's license.
