Location: Netherlands / Europe Language Requirement: Dutch + English Salary: Negotiable About the Role We are looking for a proactive Business Development to expand our presence in the European market, particularly in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing local partnerships, acquiring clients, and supporting the company's brand growth through industry events and collaborations. Key Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local clients in the European market, driving business growth and achieving sales targets • Build and maintain partnerships with KOLs/KOCs, industry partners, and third-party organizations to support brand exposure and collaboration opportunities • Plan, organize, and execute offline marketing events and networking activities in Europe • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences in Europe, including booth setup, client engagement, and lead generation • Develop strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and industry stakeholders
职位要求
Qualifications • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (Dutch is required) • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Experience in sales, business development, or partnership management • Experience participating in industry exhibitions, conferences, or trade shows • Comfortable presenting or speaking at business forums, salons, or events • Proven ability to plan and organize offline events independently • Strong execution skills with a results-driven mindset and high self-motivation Working Hours Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 What We Offer • Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) • Opportunity to develop the European market • Work from home • High level of autonomy and growth opportunities
