Collect market intelligence and competitor information in Russian-speaking regions regarding healthcare and education; 5. Support cross-border negotiations, document translation, and cross-cultural communication; 6. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepL, CapCut) to improve efficiency and support social media operations.

1. Native or near-native Russian proficiency, plus working fluency in English or Chinese; 2. Basic understanding of business development, marketing, or customer service (relevant experience preferred); 3. Competent in using computers, smartphones, and common office software (Word, Excel, PPT); 4. Familiarity with social media platforms (Telegram, VK, TikTok, etc.) is a plus; 5. Willingness to learn and use AI tools to enhance work efficiency; 6. Adaptable to cross-cultural environments with good communication and teamwork skills; 7. Hold a valid visa for legal work in China or be able to cooperate on visa transfer procedures.
