This role is responsible for strengthening Cubenergy's market presence, promoting the company's Bankability, developing strategic relationships, expanding the regional business ecosystem, and creating qualified business opportunities. Unlike a traditional sales role, this position focuses on market development and opportunity creation. Qualified opportunities will be transferred to the Regional Sales Manager for commercial follow-up and contract execution. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute regional market development strategies. • Represent Cubenergy at conferences, summits, forums, workshops, trade shows and media events. • Build strategic relationships with associations, EPCs, developers, independent engineers, consultants, certification bodies, investors, banks, insurance companies and government stakeholders. • Promote Cubenergy's Bankability Pack, Delivery Proof, Lifecycle Service capability and project references. • Conduct first-round meetings with target customers and identify qualified BESS opportunities. • Transfer qualified opportunities to the Regional Sales Manager. • Develop regional partnerships and strengthen Cubenergy's local ecosystem. • Prepare monthly market intelligence reports. • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance and Service teams.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Business or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy, BESS, EPC, utilities or engineering consulting. • Strong local industry network. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Fluent in English and the local language. • Willingness to travel extensively.
