1. Docking with clients: developing new clients, signing contracts with new clients, collecting cooperation related information (company business license) from clients, understanding the nature of the enterprise, whether it is a listed company, the number and scale of company personnel, etc,; 2. Coordinate with customers to request relevant information (BOM, SOP, GERBER files, coordinate files, assembly drawings) before importing new products; 3. Organize a meeting within the factory to discuss the process flow and launch time notification of new products, follow up on equipment and material progress before introducing new product cases, and follow up on shipment settlement and payment collection.

1. 5 years or more of customer service (PM) experience in electronic companies 2. Fluent in Chinese, excellent in 4 skills (priority given to Chinese)
