工作职责
Primary Responsibilities: 1、Welcome and assisting our guests with enthusiasm, effciency and professionally at all times, handle any guests' problems or complaints in an understanding and hospitable manner. Ensure they are resolved and followed through. 2、Opera Knowledge & Skill. 3、Front Office & F&B Service background.
职位要求
Knowledgeand Experience 1、Hospitality/tourism degree preferred; 1+ years’ guest relation experience in international hotels. 2、Fluent in English; additional language.skills(Chinese/Russian/German/French, etc.) preferred. 3、Cross-culturally adaptable, able to integrate well into team environments, strong learning ability with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, open to job rotation training.
