工作职责
- Supplier Management: Responsible for sourcing, evaluating and developing new suppliers to ensure that the company is able to obtain high quality products and services from reliable sources. Meanwhile, maintain good relationship with existing suppliers to ensure the stability and reliability of supply.
- Purchase Order Management: Develop purchase plans and place purchase orders according to the company's needs. Ensure the accuracy of orders, including quantity, specification, quality requirements and delivery date. At the same time, track the execution of orders and solve problems in the process of order execution in a timely manner.
- Price Negotiation and Cost Control: Negotiate with suppliers for the most favorable purchase price. At the same time, through effective cost control strategies to reduce procurement costs and improve procurement efficiency.
- Quality Management: Responsible for the quality control of purchased products to ensure that the purchased products meet the company's quality standards. Participate in the quality assessment of suppliers and promote suppliers to continuously improve product quality.
- Market research and information collection: Conduct market research to understand the industry dynamics and market trends, and provide strong support for the company's procurement decisions. At the same time, collect and analyze supplier information to provide the basis for the company's supplier selection.
- Contract Management and Execution: Responsible for drafting, reviewing and executing the procurement contract. Ensure the legality and compliance of the contract terms and maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the company. At the same time, monitor the implementation of the contract to ensure that suppliers fulfill their contractual obligations according to the contract.
- Teamwork and Communication: Maintain good communication and collaboration with relevant internal departments (e.g. production, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of procurement activities. At the same time, maintain good communication with suppliers to solve problems and disputes in the procurement process.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 1 year experience in purchasing;
- Proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese (strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills);
- Proactive and enthusiastic.
