Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for defining and optimizing the company's software and hardware products, planning and developing market positioning and product definitions for each product line; 2. Design product features and interactions, output high-quality requirement documents and prototypes; 3. Conduct in-depth research on small household appliances, smart homes, or beauty and health products; Continuously paying attention to and researching cutting-edge technologies in the industry, exploring the possibility of implementing new technologies in products, to ensure the continuous innovation of products in terms of technology; 4. Responsible for conducting demand analysis and market analysis on user growth systems and other directions, combining with the company's online and offline products, determining reasonable and innovative product design solutions and development plans, and arranging project priorities; 5. Participate in user growth, develop product strategies from the user's perspective, control key nodes of user conversion, and continuously optimize various links of user conversion, retention, and activity; 6. Continuously analyze product user feedback and usage data, continuously improve the service quality of each functional module, and improve user experience; 7. Responsible for communicating with technology development, operations, marketing, sales, etc., coordinating resources, and completing the development, testing, acceptance, and training of product solutions; 8. Carry out and follow up on cooperation and communication with multiple partners, promote the resolution of various problems and the realization of new needs through cooperation; 9. Communicate with the engineering department to drive continuous improvement and enhancement of product details.

Qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering and technology, with a background in engineering and technology (preferably in structure). At least 3 years of experience as a product manager in small household appliances, smart homes, or beauty and health products. Experience in aromatherapy products is preferred; 2. Having unique ideas and approaches to hardware products, able to gain a deeper understanding of user experience and divergent thinking from a user's perspective, continuously delving into product research and polishing; 3. Sensitive to data, possessing excellent information integration and analysis abilities, and able to form forward-looking judgments; 4. Familiar with the workflow of product managers, able to independently and completely output product design documents: functional point splitting, prototype drawings, PRD documents, with experience from 0 to 1 preferred; 5. Capable of independently leading the overall design or major version improvements of at least one major product; 6. Having project management skills, controlling the quality of product design and development, and driving project success; 7. Capable of effectively integrating existing products and internal and external resources, combined with understanding of industry trends, analyzing future product development paths and opportunities and challenges, formulating executable product strategies, and being able to make medium - and long-term plans for multiple products; 8. Strong logical thinking ability, able to objectively analyze things, adept at analyzing problems from different perspectives; 9. Strong communication skills, able to express one's intentions well, and able to think from different perspectives, able to quickly understand the needs of the other party; 10. Self driven, extremely strong driving ability, able to complete tasks excellently under high pressure, results oriented; 11. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong ability to communicate and cooperate with external parties, and strong ability to coordinate and promote across departments.
