Assist the Chairman in daily work management, including schedule arrangement, meeting organization and minutes taking, drafting and circulation of important documents, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up of information. Act as a key communication bridge between the Chairman and internal/external departments as well as key stakeholders, coordinate and handle various matters to ensure efficient implementation of decisions.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Administrative Management, English, or related fields. Additionally, strong responsibility, a meticulous work attitude, exceptional confidentiality awareness, and the ability to flexibly handle complex issues in a high-pressure environment are essential.Fluent in spoken English; Some knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
