Leading the pre-project research, analyzing the project background, site conditions, customer needs, etc., to provide a basis for the development of design solutions. Program design and management Responsible for the development and deepening of landscape design program, including the creativity and planning of space layout, plant configuration, landscape vignettes and other design elements. Lead the design team in program discussion and review to ensure the quality and innovation of the design program. Prepare project design documents, including design specifications, drawings, renderings, etc., to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the design program. Project coordination and communication Communicate and coordinate effectively with the project team, client, builder and other related parties to ensure the smooth implementation of the design program. Answer customers' questions about the design program, provide professional technical support and consulting. Coordinate and deal with problems and disputes during project implementation to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Team building and guidance Responsible for the formation, training and management of the landscape design team to improve the overall design level and innovation ability of the team. Requirements: - Professional degree in landscape design or related - 5 years plus working experience - Fluent in English ,Chinese will be a plus - Strong design skills and be proficient in the use of ArchiCAD,Sketch Up, Adobe Suite - Good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines - Has the ability to accomplish the design and services independently
