Responsible for the whole process management of customers’ background investigation projects - Quickly and accurately handle background investigation tasks entrusted by customers and deliver them on time, with timely feedback on special circumstances - Provide efficient and accurate solutions for internal and external customers - Provide customers with a good experience with high-level professional services in communication

Bachelor degree or above, undergraduate English, human resources, business and other related majors are preferred - More than 3 years of work experience, more than 1 year of corporate service experience, human resources, customer service and other industry experience is preferred - Excellent English reading and written expression skills, can write business emails in English - Excellent learning ability, interpersonal communication ability, pressure resistance ability, teamwork spirit - Integrity, responsibility, execution and confidentiality awareness - Proficiency in using office-related computer software (such as Microsoft outlook, excel, word, etc.)
