工作职责
Area Tasks Client Liaison • Welcome international customers on arrival and accompany them to markets, factories, and trade zones. • Translate price, specification, and delivery details between Chinese vendors and English-speaking clients. • Arrange local transport, meals, and basic travel support during the visit. Product Sourcing • Identify suitable suppliers based on the client’s quality, quantity, and budget requirements. • Collect quotations, samples, and catalogues; verify supplier credentials. Cost Estimation & Quotation • Build Excel worksheets that compare unit costs, shipping, duties, and incidental expenses. • Provide clear landed-cost estimates and margin analysis for client approval. Negotiation & Order Follow-up • Negotiate pricing and payment terms in Chinese, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. • Draft purchase orders; confirm production timelines; monitor order status until shipment. Reporting & Documentation • Maintain daily visit logs, photo records, and supplier contact lists in Excel/SharePoint. • Prepare concise trip reports and spend summaries for both clients and internal management.
职位要求
Category Requirement Language Fluent spoken & written English (primary) and conversational Mandarin; other regional Chinese dialects a plus. Technical Advanced Excel (lookup formulas, PivotTables, basic cost-model templates); MS Office; familiarity with Alibaba/1688 and trade-show apps. Commercial Cost-estimation, price comparison, and basic margin calculations; strong negotiation etiquette. Interpersonal Customer-service mindset, cultural sensitivity, and confident public-facing demeanor.
