工作职责
Position Responsibilities
Execution of business activities
Responsible for the preparation, execution and follow-up of business activities to ensure the smooth implementation of the activities.
Coordinate internal and external resources and cooperate with related departments to ensure the smooth implementation of business activities.
Follow up the effect of business activities, collect feedback and put forward optimization suggestions.
Customer Relationship Maintenance
Establish and maintain good customer relationship, communicate with customers on a regular basis to understand customer needs and feedback.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide timely and professional answers and solutions.
Regularly visit customers, collect customer opinions and promote customer satisfaction.
Business document organization
Responsible for the collection, arrangement and filing of business documents to ensure the security and integrity of the documents.
Prepare business reports, summarize data of business activities, and provide support for company's decision-making.
Assist in drafting, reviewing and signing commercial contracts to ensure the accuracy and compliance of contract content.
Assist in commercial negotiation
Participate in business negotiations, assist in formulating negotiation strategies and provide necessary business information support.
Record the negotiation process, organize the negotiation results, and ensure the implementation of the negotiation results.
Analyze the negotiation results and propose improvement suggestions to enhance the negotiation efficiency.
职位要求
Job Requirements
Education background: Bachelor degree or above in business management, marketing or related majors.
Work experience: with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in business field, familiar with business process and operation specification.
Skill Requirements:
Good communication skills and organizational and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with different departments and customers.
Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Possess basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to conduct simple English business communication.
Professionalism:
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to bear certain work pressure.
Possess teamwork spirit, able to actively participate in team work and complete tasks together.
Careful, patient, with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
