We are looking for talented individuals with high EQ and communication skills to fill the role of Account Manager for our Crowdfunding team. The role is remote / Hong Kong offices and you will report directly to the Head of Crowdfunding/Operations Project Manager. You will be working with other startups / crowdfunding companies and supporting them with post manufacturing supply chain for their company from Orders Processing / Good receiving / Operations / Platform integrations and Shipping.

Background in customer service, ecommerce, or logistics preferred Fluent to native level of English required and (Chinese/Cantonese preferred) Intermediate ~ Advance excel/google sheets is needed and other skills in : Asana, Slack, Zapier, Mailchimp would be a great asset Understanding startup culture will be very important Most important is a good proactive attitude with a get things done attitude!
