Requirements Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management or other related majors; At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management or related work, familiar with customer relationship management process; Good communication skills and service consciousness, able to patiently listen to customer needs and actively solve problems; Teamwork spirit and stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; Proficient in the use of office software and customer relationship management systems; Have a good understanding of the market and industry, with keen market insight and analytical ability.
