工作职责
1. Front line support for customer enquiries and complaints 2. Educating customers on self-serve site options 3. Perform system related tasks, in order to provide effective and efficient computer systems for the customers 4. Troubleshoot issues involving all aspects of the Digital solutions, including but not limited to configuration, user interface, network and communication connectivity and performance
职位要求
1. Degree holder in Computer Science/finance or related discipline 2. Excellent written communications skills in English 3. Desired 1-2 years relevant customer service experience 4. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills 5. Strong attention to detail 6. Strong customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships via telephone and email 7. Proficient computer literacy (internet, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) 8. Consider outstanding fresh graduates
