The Dean of International Courses will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the university's international education programs. This role includes overseeing curriculum development, ensuring academic quality, fostering international partnerships, and enhancing the global experience for students and faculty. The Dean will work closely with other academic leaders, faculty, and administrative staff to promote and expand the university’s international presence and reputation.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic vision for international courses and programs. Lead the planning and execution of international education initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate internationalization into the university’s overall mission and goals. Curriculum and Academic Quality: Oversee the development and continuous improvement of international curricula. Ensure academic programs meet high standards of quality and are aligned with global best practices. Coordinate with faculty to design courses that address the needs of a diverse student body. Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with international universities, educational organizations, and other stakeholders. Foster collaboration with international partners to create exchange programs, joint degrees, and research initiatives. Represent the university at international conferences, seminars, and meetings. Student and Faculty Support: Enhance the international student experience through targeted support services and programs. Support faculty in developing international research and teaching opportunities. Promote cultural exchange and diversity within the campus community. Administration and Management: Manage the budget and resources allocated to international programs. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation requirements. Oversee the administration of study abroad programs, including student recruitment, enrollment, and support.
