工作职责
As Head of Startup Sales at Airwallex, you will be a key driver of our mission to empower startups in Asia (excluding China). You will be a key enabler of Airwallex's position as the preferred financial platform in this dynamic and fast-growing sector.
This is a highly impactful position, with significant responsibility for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion for our core products.
This position is based in Singapore.
职位要求
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for startups in the region. Clarify our value proposition, refine sales pitches, and adjust strategy based on performance data and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the startup ecosystem, including founders, investors, accelerators, and incubators.
Represent Airwallex at industry events and networking events, building brand awareness and thought leadership within the startup community.
Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the startup audience and generate qualified leads.
Showcase the Airwallex value proposition to potential customers, demonstrating how our solutions meet their specific needs and drive growth.
Lead and coach a high-performing team of salespeople and cross-functional team members. Guide them in sales methodologies, strategies, and best practices to maximize their effectiveness.
Implement sales frameworks and methodologies to optimize team performance and drive consistent results.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams based on customer interactions and market feedback to enhance our products and ensure product-market fit.
Who You Are
We are seeking individuals who meet the minimum qualifications for this position. Qualifications are preferred, but not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications:
Management consulting and sales experience preferred
Experience at a venture capital firm.
Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team at a high-growth startup.
In-depth understanding of the local/regional startup ecosystem.
Strong network of connections within the startup community.
Ability to work cross-functionally, preferably with experience in sales and growth/marketing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Data-driven, analytical mindset, and focused on delivering results.
Passionate about technology, innovation, and supporting startups.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced startup payments organization.
