Destination Services SpecialistCrown Worldwide Group (crownworldwide.com) is currently seeking applications for the position of Destination Service Specialist for our GMS operations in Shanghai, China. Our GMS team works with HR professionals in our corporate client portfolio and their transferring executives to deliver a suite of relocation programmes, including Orientations, Home search, School search, Tenant representation, Immigration and Intercultural training. A good Destination Service Specialist has great listening, time-management and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to empathize and cater to clients' needs, resulting in delighted customers every time. Needless to say the ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultures is a key skill in this role. An interest in other cultures, travel, and overseas living would also be advantageous. Research and initiative are encouraged, and the individual will have a wide margin to grow and develop. The Destination Service Specialist will be accountable for delivering relocation services, be located at Crown Shanghai and will report to the Client Sub-Regional Account Manager. Key responsibilities include co-coordinating expatriate destination services across the breadth of the Crown product line, delivering a suite of relocation programmes, including Orientations, Home Searches, School Searches, Tenancy Management, Immigration and Cross-Cultural Training, preparing reports and managing service partners, etc. Thus knowledge and/or experience in these areas will be advantageous. In-house training under the umbrella of Crown University will also be provided.
