1. Operate the specified activity while resolving any issues and handling requests from North American customers. 2. Responsible for daily optimization and operation of media activities. 3. Tailor advertising campaign strategies, analyze data, diagnose problems in advertising campaigns, and propose solutions to improve performance. 4. Provide quarterly data and optimization reports to continuously improve customer advertising campaigns. 5. Communicate with clients every week, review past performance, and provide new optimization solutions. 6. Coordinate with local and headquarters teams to optimize activity performance. Regularly report project status and development status, and request necessary support from the headquarters team.

Job requirements: 1. Fluent in English speaking and writing (priority given to those who understand Chinese and Spanish). 2. More than 1 year of experience in digital marketing. Capable of managing advertising campaigns, familiar with major social media platforms and third-party data platforms. 3. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Possess strong teamwork spirit and be able to efficiently complete project tasks while working remotely. 5. Able to independently write project reports and provide project proposals. 6. Excellent logical thinking ability and data analysis ability. 7. Have experience using PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables and commonly used formulas), and Microsoft Office.
