工作职责
1. Responsible for leading the business team to carry out foreign markets, channel expansion, product sales and management, and complete sales tasks;
2. Responsible for formulating overseas market sales strategies, sales plans, sales targets and implementation plans, and organizing and following up the implementation of export plans;
3. Responsible for the main sales objectives and plans, formulate, participate in or assist the upper level to implement relevant policies and systems, and lead the implementation;
4. Responsible for leading the team to complete the company's sales goals, training, assessing and motivating the team;
5. Responsible for the collection of customer demand information and participate in the discussion and policy of the company's major product directions;
6. Keep abreast of industry trends and market information, and promote the company's brand;
7. Optimize the overseas sales business process and improve the overseas sales operation management system;
8. Collect and sort out relevant market development trends, demand changes and customer feedback data and information;
9. Responsible for team building, guiding and training the business work of the department's business personnel, and forming an excellent team through the management, motivation, training and guidance of business personnel.
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking and writing skills, overseas work or study experience is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of overseas sales team management experience in data centers, new energy photovoltaics, inverters, energy storage systems and other products;
3. Strong business awareness, independent development of foreign markets and keen international risk prevention ability;
4. Proficient in foreign trade process, familiar with Europe, America and overseas markets; Proficient in market research, collecting industry information, good at channel development and construction;
5. Excellent overseas market planning ability, overseas market development ability and marketing ability;
6. Have the ability of business negotiation, interpersonal skills, resource integration ability, conflict resolution skills, global analysis ability, speech and persuasion skills of key customers.
