1. More than 10 years of experience in benchmarking, and more than 3 years of experience in new technology research; 2. At least 3 years working experience in r & D management, product management and project management; 3. Work experience in pre-research projects of new projects with customers; 4. Experience in product research and development with Japanese and German departments; 5. Experience in new force concept planning for car building is preferred English as a working language.
