工作职责
Customer Development and Sales Achievement
Reach target customers directly through offline visits, industry exhibitions, and association events to promote the company's product line and drive cooperation signings.
Provide customized solutions based on customer needs (such as after-sales service plans for construction machinery and compliance support for medical equipment) to achieve sales targets.
Lead business negotiations, coordinate with the technical team to provide professional support, and ensure that contract terms and delivery conditions are in line with the company's interests.
Customer Relationship Maintenance and In-depth Cooperation
Conduct regular follow-ups with key customers, establish long-term trusting relationships, and promote repurchases and product line expansion (e.g., from single equipment sales to overall solution cooperation).
Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the product department to optimize product design or service processes, improving customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues, coordinate internal resources for rapid responses, and reduce cooperation risks.
Cross-departmental Collaboration and Resource Integration
Collaborate with the headquarters' product, technical, and logistics teams to ensure the efficient implementation of customer needs (such as local certification support for medical equipment and spare parts supply chain guarantee for construction machinery).
Work with the marketing department of branch offices to plan industry events and case promotions, enhancing the brand's professional influence in the Italian B-end market.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure business operations comply with foreign regulations (such as GDPR for medical equipment and CE certification for construction machinery).
Monitor accounts receivable and contract performance risks, report abnormal situations in a timely manner, and promote solutions.
职位要求
More than 3 years of B-end sales experience; priority is given to candidates with experience in local promotion of construction machinery, medical equipment, or industrial products overseas.
Proficiency in overseas languages (Italian, Hungarian, Polish, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) and English; possession of a local driver's license; willingness to work overseas for a long time; ability to independently write business plans and technical documents; priority is given to candidates with permanent residency.
Overseas countries (Italy, Hungary, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Dubai (UAE), Brazil, etc.; overseas locations can be selected based on experience).
