QUALIFICATIONS: Education: 1、 Undergraduate university degree from a leading institution 2、 Ten to fifteen years of relevant work experience3、 Leading management consulting background 4、 Industry functional experience is a plus, with specific industry know-how is preferred 5、 With 2- 4 years experience with private-owned enterprises is preferred6、 Excellent communications skills and ability to indirectly influence change. 7、 Experience in building and developing teams, operation management, financial system control 8、 Extensive experience with general management and strategic operation9、 Individual has experience managing multiple tasks at one time and ability to influence senior management within an organization Skills/Abilities: 1、 Strong work ethic, willingness to travel2、 Strong analytical skills and influence ability 3、 Strong oral and written communication skills - ability to effectively exchange ideas and information; demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of management 4、 Ability to communication in a cross cultural environment5、 Be mature, stable and strategic thinking, entrepreneurship For this position, expatriates Chinese are most welcome
