Responsible for building teaching team and training a group of high-quality and professional team; 5. Responsible for the international characteristics of the kindergarten and brand promotion; 6. Responsible for planning, organizing, guiding and inspecting the daily management of the kindergarten to ensure the realization of various goals 7. Other work assigned by superiors.

More than 3 years of overall management experience in international kindergartens, more than 5 years of management experience in preschool education. Familiar with local laws and regulations related to Int’l Kindergarten. 4. Good leadership and management skills; Experience in preparing new kindergarten is preferred. 5. Responsible for the development of international kindergarten curriculum system, supervision and evaluation of curriculum implementation; 6. CHINESE writing/listening/speaking/reading skill is preferred
